Bucket provides a service that allows you to easily save, organize, and sync URLs and web content. The service enriches saved links by fetching public metadata (page title, favicon, preview images).

2. Usage Requirements

• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or malicious purposes.
• You agree not to abuse the service infrastructure or API interfaces (e.g., automated spamming or scraping).
• You are responsible for the content you save to your collection.

3. Account and Data

• Anonymous Usage: You can use Bucket without an account. In this case, your bookmarks are stored locally on your device.
• Registered Usage: To sync bookmarks across devices, you must create an account. When you do, your bookmarks will be synced securely to our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the bookmarks and tags you create.
• The Bucket brand, website, and related assets are the property of its creators.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, or that data will never be lost. We recommend occasionally exporting your bookmarks if you require backups.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bucket and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
